Job Description

We are seeking an experienced D365 Supply Chain Management Lead Consultant to drive consulting‑led engagements focused on the design, implementation, and optimization of Supply Chain Management solutions. This role requires a strong blend of functional expertise, client advisory capability, and hands‑on delivery leadership across supply chain transformation initiatives.

The D365 Supply Chain Management Lead Consultant will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to assess current‑state processes, define future‑state operating models, and deliver scalable D365 SCM solutions across core areas such as Finance, Inventory, Procurement and Sourcing, Manufacturing, Warehouse Management, and Logistics. This role is ideal for a consulting professional who can lead workshops, shape solutions, guide delivery teams, and support clients through transformation and adoption.

To Day

Job Duties
  • Lead end‑to‑end implementation and rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management across modules such as Inventory, Procurement & Sourcing, Manufacturing, Warehouse, and Logistics.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand supply chain processes and translate them into scalable D365 SCM solutions.
  • Drive solution design, configuration, data migration, integrations, and deployment activities.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Finance, Operations, IT, QA) to ensure end‑to‑end process alignment.
  • Lead UAT, training, go‑live support, and post‑implementation stabilization.
  • Work closely with client stakeholders to assess current‑state supply chain processes and define future‑state operating models.
  • Advise clients on process improvements and best practices across Finance, Inventory, Procurement and Sourcing, Manufacturing, Warehouse Management, and Logistics.
  • Conduct discovery sessions, business process assessments, and solution workshops to gather requirements and identify transformation opportunities.
  • Provide functional leadership to delivery teams by reviewing solution designs, validating implementation approaches, and promoting best practices.
  • Support client decision‑making through gap analysis, risk identification, issue resolution, and solution recommendations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the transformation lifecycle, balancing strategic consulting with hands‑on execution.
Basic Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in D365 Supply Chain Management consulting, business process transformation, or enterprise solution delivery.
  • 7+ years of experience leading end‑to‑end D365 SCM implementations in consulting or client‑facing environments.
  • 5+ years of experience working across core D365 supply chain functions including Finance, Inventory Management, Procurement and Sourcing, Manufacturing, Warehouse Management, and Logistics.
  • 5+ years of experience facilitating client workshops, conducting process assessments, and gathering business requirements.
  • 5+ years of experience translating business needs into functional solution designs and implementation recommendations.
  • 4+ years of experience with configuration, testing, data migration, integrations, and deployment support in D365 SCM programs.
  • 3+ years of experience leading functional teams and coordinating across multiple work streams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience engaging both business and technical teams.
  • Proven ability to balance consulting advisory responsibilities with hands‑on delivery execution.
  • Familiarity with integration patterns involving Microsoft platforms and third‑party enterprise systems.
  • Up to 70% travel based on client and project needs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
Nice To Have
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management.
  • Experience supporting large‑scale D365 supply chain transformation programs.
  • Exposure to pre‑sales, solution demonstrations, and proposal development.
  • Experience in change management, user adoption, and training support.
  • Industry experience in manufacturing, distribution, retail, or logistics‑focused environments.
  • Certifications related to D365 Supply Chain Management, ERP platforms, or consulting delivery.
