Position: CVN C5I Analyst with Security Clearance

INDUS supports the planning, coordination, and installation activities of Combat System and Command, Control, Communications, Computer, and Intelligence (C5I) Systems in aircraft carriers, and other strike group or strike force units (including but not limited to LHA, LHD, LPD, and other L-Class units).

Our team is directly responsible for supporting the planning, budgeting, and execution of New Construction (SCN) testing and modernization efforts in support of the Modernization and Installation Department (N Department), Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Port Hueneme Division (PHD). Reporting to the Program Manager, the CVN C5I Analyst provides technical analysis and recommendations to support the introduction, modernization, and sustainment of Navy Carrier Strike Group (CSG) Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Combat Systems, and Intelligence (C5I) capabilities on the CVN/L-Class Support Services contract.

This role evaluates emerging threats, assesses system requirements, develops capability recommendations, and coordinates with Navy stakeholders to ensure CVN C5I systems remain aligned with mission requirements and fleet readiness objectives. This position is located in San Diego, CA. What You'll Do
* Review, analyze, and recommend requirements for the introduction of new C5I systems to address current and emerging threats. Analysis includes reviewing updated threat assessments from ONI and other applicable sources.
* Prepare monthly reports and support recommendations and alternate recommendations with current data and analysis. Develop high-level professional presentations outlining processes, anticipated outcomes, alternative solutions, and supporting data used to develop recommendations.
* Communicate and coordinate with various command levels and Navy organizations, including OPNAV resource sponsors, Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR), Naval Information Warfare Command (NAVIFOR), and CNAL/CNAP leadership.
* Review and provide technical comments on the USFF Baseline Configuration Change Plan (BCCP) to support C5I fielding plans, Capability/Capacity Assessments, System Wholeness Assessments, and ensure CVN C5I systems continue to meet evolving mission and threat requirements.
* Provide technical analysis and support to CNAL/CNAP N6, N84, and N435 stakeholders in support of the Carrier Strike Group C5I Modernization Process (CSIMP).
* Develop and present semi-annual CVN C5I Requirements Capability Evolution Plans for CNAP/CNAL approval and presentation at the Navy C5I Modernization Conference (NCMC).
* Coordinate with CNAL N2, N6, N84, and N435 organizations to ensure installed CVN C5I systems meet operational requirements and support mission readiness.
* Assess C5I system readiness through scheduled events and assessments, including SOVTs, CSRA, OCSOT, CSOT, and DGSITs, in preparation for CVN Carrier Strike Group (CSG) operations.
* Bid and proposal support if requested.

* An active secret clearance is required to be considered for this position.
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited university required; additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
