Title: Cloud Platform Engineer
Duration: 24 Months
Location: Kirkland, WA
Work model: Hybrid (2 days in office per week)
Job DescriptionWith Public Cloud experience and expertise (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud), designs, develops, troubleshoots and debugs infrastructure as code, software‑defined compute & storage implementation, and software programs for enhancements and new products. Develop software and tools in support of design, infrastructure and technology platforms, including operating systems, compilers, routers, networks, utilities, databases, cloud‑based and Internet‑related tools. Determines hardware compatibility and/or influences hardware design.
Skills- Public Cloud 101 level working experience, hands on: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud
- Networking understanding, how to, both on‑prem and with Public Clouds
- Infrastructure as code (IaaC), hands on, working experience deploying, managing, supporting, debugging.
- Deep technical knowledge of troubleshooting compute & storage infrastructure within Public Cloud (specifc to Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
- Managing services running in Public Cloud on a scale. Regional, Zonal, and worldwide scenarios.
- Working within SPRINT / Agile models with daily stand up and weekly SPRINT process (SCRUM, etc.)
- 3-5 years of experience with the above skill areas
- Hybrid working per week in office expectations of 2-days
