Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience. - Desktop Support
Experience:
One to two years of experience providing desktop support, help desk, or end-user technical support. Preferred 3 years of experience. - Technical Proficiency:
Strong experience supporting Windows and macOS operating systems, Microsoft 365, Adobe Acrobat, Zoom, IT ticketing systems, computer hardware, software, peripherals, and basic networking. - Tier 1 Technical Support:
Hands-on experience with ticket triage, troubleshooting, diagnosing, resolving end-user technical issues, and managing user accounts, permissions, and shared resources. - Hybrid A/V Support:
Demonstrated experience supporting hybrid meetings and events, including Zoom, conference room technology, on-site A/V equipment, microphones, displays, and related hardware. - Organization & Documentation:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate technical documentation, follow established support processes, and communicate effectively with end users and technical teams. - Flexibility:
Available to work occasional evenings and weekends in support of meetings, special events, and other business needs.
