Vistage is seeking a Helpdesk Technician to join our IT team in a hybrid San Diego environment. You will deliver front-line technical support for staff, contractors, and executives, covering devices, AV, and conferencing tools.
The role requires 3–4 years of IT support experience and strong knowledge of Windows, MacOS, MS 365, AD, Shore Tel, and Zoom. On-site and remote support are part of daily activities with a focus on white-glove service.
