Epic Resolute PB Analyst

Job Description

70% of the day to day will be project based work and the other 30% will be keep the lights on activity

• Design, configure, test, implement, and maintain Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) application functionality.
• Collaborate with operational and clinical stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into Epic solutions.
• Analyze current workflows and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and optimize revenue cycle performance.
• Support charge capture, claims management, reimbursement, and billing operations within the Epic environment.
• Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement system enhancements.
• Develop and execute test plans for upgrades, patches, system changes, and new implementations.
• Maintain documentation including workflows, build specifications, test scripts, and training materials.
• Provide end-user support and participate in issue resolution and ticket management.
• Assist with Epic upgrades, optimization initiatives, and new functionality deployments.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and Epic best practices.

Participate in cross-functional project teams supporting revenue cycle transformation initiatives.
