Onsite Print Services Specialist

Ricoh is looking for a customer-focused Onsite Print Services Specialist to support and maintain a managed print environment across multiple locations. In this hands-on role, you'll ensure printers and multifunction devices operate efficiently while delivering outstanding service to end users.

What You'll Do

* Perform routine maintenance and quality checks on printers and multifunction devices.

* Troubleshoot print-related issues and coordinate escalations when needed.

* Manage toner, paper, supplies, and inventory to prevent downtime.

* Support users with device assistance, training, and service requests.

* Track and document tickets in Service Now.

* Coordinate equipment installations, deployments, and relocations.

* Provide support for remote locations and monitor device readiness.

* Maintain operational reports and identify opportunities for improvement.

What We're Looking For

* High school diploma or equivalent.

* 3+ years of experience supporting office equipment, print services, or related operations (5+ years preferred).

* Strong customer service and communication skills.

* Experience troubleshooting printers, copiers, or other office technology.

* Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple tasks.

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and service management tools.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday as needed.
