* Ricoh is looking for a customer-focused  
** Onsite Print Services Specialist
** to support and maintain a managed print environment across multiple locations. In this hands-on role, you'll ensure printers and multifunction devices operate efficiently while delivering outstanding service to end users.

What You'll Do

+ Perform routine maintenance and quality checks on printers and multifunction devices.

+ Troubleshoot print-related issues and coordinate escalations when needed.

+ Manage toner, paper, supplies, and inventory to prevent downtime.

+ Support users with device assistance, training, and service requests.

+ Track and document tickets in Service Now.

+ Coordinate equipment installations, deployments, and relocations.

+ Provide support for remote locations and monitor device readiness.

+ Maintain operational reports and identify opportunities for improvement.

What We're Looking For

+ High school diploma or equivalent.

+ 3+ years of experience supporting office equipment, print services, or related operations (5+ years preferred).

+ Strong customer service and communication skills.

+ Experience troubleshooting printers, copiers, or other office technology.

+ Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple tasks.

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and service management tools.
