We are currently seeking a Project Program Mgmt. Senior Specialist to join our team in San Diego, California (US-CA), United States (US).

• 7+ years' experience in a Project Management
• 5+ yrs experience of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
• 5+ yrs of experience in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
• Familiarity with software development
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field

• PMP/Scrum master certification is a plus
• ADO skills

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.

-based positions. The starting pay range for this role is [70
-75 $ W2 hourly range]. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
