Description

We are seeking highly skilled Manual QA Testers to join our team focused on testing communication and networking applications. This role involves hands‑on testing of the latest iOS/macOS software builds. You’ll work closely with developers to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in real time.

• Perform fully manual testing on devices across different apps, and networking-related applications.
• Execute detailed test plans and test cases.
• Load and configure the correct developer software builds for testing.
• Conduct on‑device and mobile testing.
• Identify, document, and file bugs with clarity and precision.
• Collaborate directly with developers to resolve issues quickly.
• Troubleshoot issues independently and assist in root cause analysis.
• Prioritize and close out bugs efficiently, maintaining high quality standards.
• Provide strong communication and status updates to team leads and stakeholders.
• Apply problem‑solving skills to uncover edge cases and ensure robust app performance.

• Proven experience in manual QA testing.
• Strong understanding of mobile app functionality and user experience.
• Excellent bug reporting and tracking skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for real‑time collaboration.
• Experience executing structured test cases and adapting to evolving test plans.

• MUST be highly proficient in macOS and iOS
• MUST be onsite 5x a week

This is a Contract position based out of San Diego, CA.

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $38.00/hr.
