Energy Hub is hiring a Software Engineer I to our Support Hub team to assist the Engineering department as we scale. You will participate in an on-call rotation every 3–4 weeks to support critical issues outside regular hours.
You will work with Engineering, Internal Stakeholders, and Clients to identify root causes, respond to production issues, and build data-driven dashboards that inform high-value opportunities across our data warehouse.
