Socket.dev is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel (U.S.) to lead all legal matters relating to the companyu
2019s U.S. business and defence-related operations. You will draft, negotiate and manage contracts, ensure compliance with federal acquisition regulations, and maintain strong relationships with the U.S.
Department of Defense. This position can be on a 1099 basis or a fixed 3-month contract, ideally 3-4 days a week with the requirement to be flexible as and when needed.
