Overview:
Looking for Test Lead at onsite US to handle projects. Person should have worked in onsite offshore model with extensive client handling experience. Should be able to support offshore team from onsite in extended hours if required.

Job Responsibilities:

• 4+ years of strong automation development experience
• Strong Testing Exp with Automation (candidate must have exp in Test methodology, Defect Mgt, Estimation, Test Strategy, Automation strategy, etc)
• Strong in Java or other scripting language
• Understanding and experience testing Web services and exposure to SOA systems
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and messaging protocols (XML, JSON)
• Hands on experience working on Selenium Cucumber framework with TDD/BDD experience
• Experience working with relational database systems and expert SQL scripting skills MS SQL, and Mongo DB
• Understands and has experience in Distributed system testing
• Working agile experience using SCRUM
• Prepare automation test scripts for critical functional scenarios
• Educate client stakeholders on automation areas, tools available and plan for it
• Prepare automation estimates and seek approval from relevant stakeholders
• Strong experience with Ready! API (formerly known as SoapUI). Requirement gathering for architecture of the application under test, test environment and test data
• Getting signoff on critical scenario form the business team
