Operates independently, providing technical support, troubleshooting complex issues, and documenting solutions.
Contributes to project documentation, reports, and end-user training, including developing training tools and system documentation.
Keeps current on regulations and technological advancements in clinical imaging, making recommendations to optimize image storage and use.
Qualifications & SkillsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with 2+ years in Radiology Digital/Film Library in a hospital setting (3+ preferred).
Knowledge of clinical image operations, systems, and practices managing medical images.
Proficiency in hardware, software, and database administration, system testing, and evaluation.
Detail-oriented with strong time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to train end users effectively and support system performance testing.
Additional RequirementsFlexibility to work various hours and locations, and pass background checks.
Compensation ranges from $71,600 to $127,400 annually, depending on experience and organizational needs.
