Summary
The Litigation Support Analyst works in collaboration with and in support of the firm’s strategic initiatives. The analyst assists attorneys on cases by providing computerized support to help them plan, organize, research, analyze, argue, and present their cases more cost‑ and time‑efficiently. The analyst provides day‑to‑day support of data management and review platforms and offers technology support under the supervision of a Litigation Support Project Manager and/or Regional Manager.
LocationThis position can sit in any of our US office locations and offers a hybrid work schedule.
Responsibilities- Assist with managing cases/projects at various stages of the litigation process.
- Create and support databases for cases, including user accounts, access, review layouts, and search assistance.
- Provide daily metrics of document reviews; generate data productions and perform quality control before data is produced.
- Process electronically stored information (ESI) for upload into data review platforms.
- Assist attorneys in trial preparation and set‑up of electronic equipment in the courtroom; provide court assistance as required.
- Assist with data import/export and manipulation as needed.
- Process ESI through technology applications such as Clearwell; target ESI collection from hard drives and backup tapes with Index Engineers.
- Assist with collection efforts on an as‑needed basis.
- Provide timelines and estimates to the project manager for all data being processed.
- Assist in developing and maintaining best practices for the department.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Excellent organizational skills for managing complex projects with tight deadlines.
- Ability to work with varying levels of employees, paralegals, attorneys, and vendors, focusing on customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrated proficiency in litigation support process, including database management, searching and reporting, scanning and coding procedures, electronic discovery management, document production, and trial support.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to resolve technical issues.
- Ability to handle high‑stress situations and conflict.
- Independent judgment and sound decision‑making.
High School Diploma or GED. Preferred:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
Two years of experience in litigation technology support, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of applications such as Relativity, Concordance, Live Note, Case Map, and Sanction. Experience with electronic evidence, large‑scale printing, document repositories, and extranet technologies is required.

SalaryAnnual salary range: $46,150 - $73,380, depending on geographic market location.
