Digital Library Lead, Radiology

Role:

Digital Library Lead in Radiology, responsible for managing clinical image systems and supporting project initiatives.

• Designing, implementing, debugging, and evaluating software, hardware, and databases related to clinical imaging.
• Managing file systems, ensuring data integrity, and supporting workflow and data integration activities.
• Troubleshooting complex issues with end users, escalating support when necessary, and documenting problems thoroughly.
• Providing support to project teams, documenting work, and preparing reports.
• Participating in end-user training, developing training tools, system documentation, and communication on policies.
• Staying current with regulations and technological advancements in clinical imaging.
• Recommending improvements for image storage and management tools to optimize clinical workflows.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• At least 2 years of radiology digital/library experience in a hospital setting (3+ preferred).
• Knowledge of clinical image operations, systems, and processes for managing medical images.
• Proficiency with hardware, software, database administration, testing, and evaluation.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Effective communication skills for user training and support.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Knowledge of documentation protocols and system performance evaluation.

• Ability to work various hours and locations based on business needs.
• Subject to background checks and pre-employment physical.
