UX Designer

Job Description

Looking for a Designer to refine and elevate the existing product.

Polish and improve the current interfaces for learners, instructors, and admins, raising the bar on usability, visual quality, and accessibility.

Craft interaction patterns for AI moments: conversational tutoring, hints, feedback, progress tracking, and handling uncertain model responses.

Plan and run usability testing (moderated sessions, A/B tests, accessibility audits) and turn findings into design improvements.

Write and execute UI test cases, verify designs across devices/browsers, and log and triage issues with engineering.

Collaborate with engineers, ML practitioners, and educators to align the interface with learning goals and model capabilities.

• Required: a strong UX/visual design portfolio and proficiency with design tools such as Figma.
• Required: experience with usability testing and a structured approach to QA, bug reporting, and accessibility (WCAG).
• Required: clear communication and the ability to advocate for users to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Nice to have: experience with AI/LLM or conversational products, an edtech background, and front‑end basics (HTML/CSS, React).

• 3-5 years as a UC/Product Designer
• Strong portfolio
• Proficiency with Figma
