Akamai's Platform Operations Engineer II will monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve platform problems using an alert-driven workflow across a 24x7 operation. You will collaborate with Engineers, System Architects, Infrastructure Vendors, and customers to improve stability and performance of the NOCC managed services.
You will update system software, patch configurations, and document work in the ticketing system, developing tools and procedures to enhance reliability.
