SAP Open Text Consultant
We are seeking an experienced SAP Open Text Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP Open Text solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP Open Text implementations, document management, invoice processing, and SAP integrations. This role requires expertise in SAP Open Text configuration, workflow design, OCR integration, and SAP S/4
HANA integration to deliver efficient enterprise content management solutions.
- Implement, configure, and optimize SAP Open Text solutions for enterprise document management.
- Design and configure SAP Open Text workflows, document capture, and invoice management processes.
- Integrate SAP Open Text with SAP S/4
HANA and other SAP applications. - Configure OCR and data extraction capabilities to automate document processing.
- Support SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) implementations and enhancements.
- Integrate SAP VIM with Open Text Extended ECM and other enterprise document management systems.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP Open Text solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues related to SAP Open Text.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Participate in testing, deployment, and post-production support activities.
- Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, and user guides.
- Ensure adherence to SAP and Open Text best practices throughout project delivery.
- Proven experience delivering SAP Open Text implementation and optimization projects.
- Strong understanding of Accounts Payable (AP), Invoice Management, and Document Capture processes.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Open Text configuration, including:
- Workflow Design
- Data Extraction
- OCR Integration
- SAP S/4
HANA Integration
- Experience implementing and supporting SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM).
- Experience integrating SAP VIM with Open Text Extended ECM or other Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions.
- Strong knowledge of SAP document management and enterprise content management best practices.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- SAP Open Text Certification.
- Experience with SAP S/4
HANA migration or transformation projects. - Knowledge of enterprise document management and digital transformation initiatives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
