Digital & Technology - Field Support Analyst

Primary Talent Partners has a new contract opening for a Digital & Technology - Field Support Analyst with our commercial real estate client in San Diego, CA
. This is an 11-month contract with a potential for extension.

Pay: $31.00 - $36.00/hr
; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must be able to sit on Primary Talent Partners W2 without sponsorship.

Schedule: Monday-Friday: 8am - 5pm (PST) onsite.

• General desktop hardware support
• Level 1 & Level 2 software support enterprise level
• Desktop support helping a wide range of end users
• Responding to Service Now tickets
• Maintaining office technology
• Front facing customer service
• Backend office MS Office Support
• Microsoft Intune
• Active Directory
• Remote management using Bomgar

• Good technical skills, Good customer service

• Large company work > 10,000 end-users
• Commercial Real Estate, Banking or Law firm support work
• A/V Zoom or Teams conference room support
• Experience with Apple iOS
• Adobe Acrobat

• 5+ years in Level 2 onsite computer support

• Bachelor's degree preferred, if no degree, they will need 3 years extra experience

• Windows 11
• Microsoft Office-SharePoint - MS365
• Support request ticketing systems
• Microsoft Intune
• Cloud Storage experience
