Resource's typical working day:
General desktop hardware support
Level 1 & Level 2 software support enterprise level
Desktop support helping a wide range of end users
Responding to Service Now tickets
Maintaining office technology
Backend office MS Office Support
Active Directory
Must HaveSkills:
- Good technical skills, Good customer service
- Large company work > 10,000 end-users
- Commercial Real Estate, Banking or Law firm support work
- A/V Zoom or Teams conference room support
- Experience with Apple iOS
- Adobe Acrobat
Years of
Experience:
5+ years in Level 2 onsite computer support
- Bachelor's degree preferred, if no degree, they will need 3 years extra experience
