About The Role
The role serves as the technical escalation point for complex customer issues, bridging the gap between end users and the engineering organization.
The team diagnoses system failures, debugs application logs, and ensures enterprise clients maintain high availability and performance across cloud infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues involving API integrations, database connectivity, and cloud deployments
- Debug application logs, inspect network traffic using tools like Wireshark or Charles Proxy, and reproduce bugs in staging environments
- Partner with engineering and product teams to escalte critical incidents and advocate for customer pain points
- Author internal and external technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting runbooks
- Analyze recurring support tickets to identify systemic software defects and propose architectural improvements
- Participate in an on-call rotation to support critical severity escalations
- 3-5 years of technical support or software engineering experience in a B2B SaaS environment
- Proficient in reading and debugging code (Python, JavaScript, or Java) and querying relational databases (SQL)
- Strong understanding of web technologies, RESTful APIs, HTTP protocols, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- Bonus:
Experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes or prior contributions to open-source software
