As a systems engineer on our team, you have the chance to support a Navy Project . Your customer will trust you to not only design and develop the system but also evolve them with advanced technology solutions. You will m aintain responsibility for the efficient and accurate accountability and management of the project's deliverable and internal work products. You will maintain and implement the program's Configuration Management Plan (CMP) and supporting processes.
You will maintain responsibility for ensuring that changes to the program's Configuration items (CI) are managed in accordance with the approved change control processes. You will maintain program repositories for approved CI documentation and software, including acquisition documents, approved hardware or software lists, and site design packages. You will facilitate Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings.

You Have:
8+ years of experience in DoD configuration management or system analysis, including environment integrity, baselines, documentation, and systems or software engineering processes and lifecycle management
5+ years of experience with configuration management and change control processes and methods
3+ years of experience using configuration management tools
Experience with using Confluence and JIRA for project management
Experience facilitating Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings
Ability to generate, edit, and maintain program documentation, including process documentation, version description documents, and Configuration Management Plans (CMP)
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Information Management, or STEM field
Nice If You Have:
Experience in working with Navy Acquisition or Navy Engineering Programs
Experience with the system engineering lifecycle, including requirements, design,development, integration, testing, and deployment
Ability to define and manage items under configuration control, including code, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), pipelines, documentation, binaries, and container images
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information;
TS/SCI clearance is required.
