This is a full-time, on-site Website Manager role located in San Diego, CA. The Website Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company’s website operations, ensuring optimal performance and user experience. Daily tasks include managing content updates, analyzing web traffic data, coordinating e-commerce activities, and leading web-related projects. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize website design and functionality while aligning it with business goals.

• Experience in Web Analytics and the ability to monitor and interpret website performance metrics
• Proficiency in Content Management Systems (CMS) and managing web-based content
• Strong skills in Project Management and leading website-related initiatives
• Knowledge of E-Commerce operations and driving online sales improvements
• Proficiency in Web Design principles and related tools to enhance user experiences
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Understanding of SEO best practices is a plus
