Requirements Must have:
- We require 1+ years of experience with Windows Server technologies such as AD, DFS, Print Services, and SCCM.
- We require 2+ years of troubleshooting experience in a multi-user, high-availability environment.
- We require 2+ years of experience in PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment, and liquidation.
- We require 1+ years of experience delivering IT client, server, and network services.
- We require 2+ years of networking experience, including DNS, DHCP, SSL, the OSI model, and TCP/IP.
- We require 2+ years of experience supporting Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems in a corporate environment.
- We require 2+ years of experience maintaining a corporate network environment.
- We require a high school diploma or equivalent.
- We prefer 2+ years of computer networking experience.
- We prefer experience supporting video conferencing and teleconferencing equipment.
- The role requires the ability to lift up to 49 lbs, stand and walk during shifts of up to 12 hours, and travel up to 25% of the time.
- We handle network engineering and troubleshooting, data cabling, and systems administration across varied software and hardware environments.
- We keep infrastructure networking and computing systems available throughout production hours.
- We work with management and staff to provide analytical and technical support that improves our IT solutions.
- We manage local technical projects.
- We maintain and develop policies, procedures, and operational processes.
- We identify root causes behind operational issues and process inefficiencies.
