This role requires someone who understands that technology within a relationship-focused bank is about more than keeping systems running. It is about creating an environment where our team members have the tools and support they need to deliver an exceptional client experience while maintaining the security, resiliency, and regulatory standards expected of a financial institution.

Our mission is to cultivate a premier banking experience by building enduring relationships with our clients, shareholders, team members, partners, and the communities we serve.

The IT Manager supports that mission by ensuring the technology behind those relationships is dependable, secure, and thoughtfully managed.
