You will design and maintain bioinformatics pipelines, generate insights, and build automated dashboards in collaboration with wet-lab scientists, clinician-researchers, and data engineers.
The role involves analyses of bulk RNA-seq, scRNA-seq, proteomics, and flow cytometry, with support for data integration and visualization.
