IT Solutions Specialist

Join a growing, cloud-first technology team supporting a high-net-worth insurance organization. This hands-on role combines white-glove IT support with ownership of identity and endpoint management across Microsoft Intune, Okta, Entra , and Microsoft 365. You'll troubleshoot end-user issues, manage device lifecycle, automate IT processes with Power Shell, and support cloud technologies in Azure. Ideal candidates are eager to grow into cloud, identity, or security engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide white-glove IT support for onsite and remote employees, resolving hardware, software, and Microsoft 365 issues.
• Manage device provisioning, deployment, and lifecycle using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
• Administer user accounts, access, and identity management across Okta, Microsoft Entra , and Microsoft 365.
• Automate repetitive IT tasks using Power Shell and support cloud technologies in Microsoft Azure.
• Maintain IT documentation, support security and compliance initiatives, and collaborate with infrastructure and application teams.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of IT support experience in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration, Windows 11, and endpoint troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and an identity platform such as Okta or Microsoft Entra .
• Familiarity with Power Shell scripting and IT service management tools (e.g., Fresh service, Service Now, or Jira).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
