Job Summary:

This role focuses on leveraging data to drive business improvements through in-depth analysis and modeling. You will translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and collaborate with stakeholders to define analytical needs. The position also involves contributing to data capture systems and potentially mentoring junior analysts.

• Conduct deep dives into business data using statistical and predictive methods.
• Develop data-driven recommendations to optimize current business operations.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand and define analytical requirements.
• Generate ad hoc reports and support data system development.
• Occasionally provide guidance to junior data analysts.

• Proficiency in advanced SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Strong analytical and modeling capabilities using Python.
• Experience with data visualization tools to communicate findings effectively.
• Experience in leveraging causal inference techniques is highly preferred to understand the impact of business initiatives.
