About the Role

Scrum Master – Insight Global – San Diego, CA

As a Scrum Master, you will:

• Own and run daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, and other scrum ceremonies.
• Ensure the agile team follows scrum practices effectively for IT projects related to application development enhancements.
• Prioritize the backlog, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and manage project completion end‑to‑end.
• Assist in gathering business requirements, organizing project activities, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.

We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience (flexible if certified as a Scrum Master).
• 2 years of hands‑on experience acting as a Scrum Master leading 1‑2 teams.
• Background in Application Development / SDLC.
• Familiarity with maturing or improving Agile best practices.
• Required experience in Azure Dev Ops (ADO).
• Strong documentation skills (smart sheets, ADO, Gantt charts, Excel, Power BI, burndown charts).
• Experience with MS Project, Jira, Service Now.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred.
• Knowledge of Clickplay.
