Experience facilitating PI Planning events and Agile Release Train activities. Strong experience managing Azure Dev Ops boards and Agile delivery metrics.

Manufacturing or industrial environment experience SAFe / Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM) Experience supporting multiple teams or programs
Job Description:
Facilitate Agile ceremonies: standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives. Support Scrum teams delivering data & analytics initiatives (data pipelines, reporting, AI/ML). Remove blockers and manage cross-team dependencies. Track sprint progress (velocity, burndown, KPIs) and report updates. Partner with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders on priorities and delivery. Identify risks/bottlenecks and drive resolution. Coach teams on Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
Ensure clear communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
