As we adapt to the demands of digitally-enabled users seeking highly personalized experiences, the Staff Program Manager, Digital Procurement will play a pivotal role leading the overall strategy and execution to modernize Intuit’s catalog program, including the people, process, and technology transformation of our catalog strategy and infrastructure that enables employees to be successful in ordering the products and services they need while working in hybrid environments, streamlining low risk purchasing, and optimizing stakeholder experiences.

The Staff Program Manager, Digital Procurement will serve as a strategic leader and steward, requiring strong business acumen and knowledge of the procurement function and spend management, with experience operationalizing processes and features in solutions such as Coupa and Amazon, to effectively streamline and automate processes, bring best practices to bear based on internal and external insights, and harness voice of employee to shape the program for customer benefit.

Key responsibilities include developing and managing the overall operational and organizational health of catalogs at Intuit, setting and executing against the transformation roadmap, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to draw on synergies across the ecosystem to leverage AI-assisted experiences, preferred partners and standards, and diversity and sustainability initiatives across the catalog automation landscape. Operational leadership demands a proactive self-starter capable of driving change, with outcomes significantly impacting corporate objectives and influencing various business units and functional groups within Intuit.
