About The Role
The Revenue Operations Analyst turns commercial data, systems, and processes into a more predictable revenue engine. The role supports CRM architecture, pipeline reporting, forecasting, territory and quota operations, and the workflows that connect marketing, sales, and customer success.

You will investigate data quality issues, automate recurring analysis, and translate business requirements into scalable processes across Salesforce, business intelligence tools, and the broader revenue technology stack. The work directly improves forecast accuracy, rep productivity, and leadership visibility into growth.
Key Responsibilities- Own Salesforce data quality, field governance, validation rules, and workflows across the revenue lifecycle
- Build and maintain reporting, dashboards, and recurring analyses in Salesforce, Looker, Tableau, or similar BI tools
- Analyze pipeline coverage, conversion rates, sales cycle trends, retention metrics, and forecast performance to surface risks and opportunities
- Partner with sales, marketing, finance, and customer success to document requirements and implement scalable operating processes
- Manage territory assignments, account segmentation, quota files, and other recurring revenue operations deliverables
- Automate manual reporting and operational workflows using Salesforce Flow, SQL, spreadsheets, or low-code tools
- Document systems, definitions, and standard operating procedures while training stakeholders on process changes
- 3-6 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, business analytics, financial analysis, or a related function
- Hands-on experience administering or analyzing Salesforce data, objects, reports, dashboards, and workflows
- Strong SQL and advanced spreadsheet skills, including complex formulas, pivots, data validation, and modeling
- Experience with BI platforms such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or Sigma and with CRM-integrated analytics
- Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into clear requirements, repeatable analyses, and measurable process improvements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, information systems, data analytics, or a related field
- Bonus:
Experience with Snowflake, dbt, Salesforce Flow, CPQ, Hub Spot, Gong, or revenue forecasting and planning platforms
