Business Systems Analyst – Supply Chain

Responsibilities

• Understand Res Med business models and strategic direction and assess, recommend, and implement business improvements and initiatives
• Drive discussions on business processes and initiatives
• Define and document processes, procedures, and data flows of business systems
• Configure system settings and options
• Serve as systems expert for Order Management and Warehouse Management systems
• Support end users, including third-party integrated systems and BI solutions
• Serve as subject matter expert for systems and processes used by Distribution Operations
• Lead continuous systems enhancements supporting business processes
• Track and monitor project effectiveness and recommend and implement changes
• Provide end-user training and manage systems testing activities
• Lead cross-functional linked teams in addressing business or systems issues
• Drive projects from requirements gathering through implementation
• Review tools and technologies to improve performance and reduce costs
• Manage deliverables and drive solution adoption through change management, communication, and stakeholder management
• Perform other assigned tasks and responsibilities

• Experience implementing and supporting Warehouse Management Systems, preferably High Jump/Korber
• Experience in Order Management, Order Fulfillment, Shipping, and Inventory functions
• Working knowledge of Bill of Material, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Forecasting & Planning
• Working knowledge of Data Analysis applications and tools
• Familiarity with SQL and database tables; ability to write basic queries
• Strong project management, business process design, and facilitation skills
• Experience in all phases of the project cycle interfacing with technical teams and multiple lines of business users
• Proven experience managing stakeholder expectations and cross-functional teams
• Strong familiarity with software development methodologies and change management processes
• Familiarity with Agile methodology is a plus
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Outstanding time management and organization
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
  
  Ability to manage internal customer relationships and expectations
• Ability to understand technical vision and communicate it to technical and non-technical parties
• Minimum 3 years of experience delivering large-scale technology projects/programs in Supply Chain Operations

Demonstrates expertise in Warehouse Management Systems, particularly High Jump/Korber, and possesses strong project management skills to drive business process improvements. Capable of leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations while implementing large-scale technology projects in Supply Chain Operations.
