Work Arrangement:

Clearance:
Active or eligible Top Secret clearance
Develop, configure, integrate, test, and support Service Now applications and workflows. The developer will support Oracle APEX application migration, ITSM implementation, App Engine development, systems integration, security configuration, documentation, and user knowledge transfer.
Key Responsibilities- Configure and develop Service Now ITSM and App Engine applications.
- Migrate Oracle APEX applications and business processes to Service Now.
- Develop workflows using Flow Designer, JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Server.
- Configure SSO, LDAP, SAML, role-based access, and field-level security.
- Support workflows containing PII and PHI.
- Perform testing, peer reviews, defect correction, and release support.n
- Maintain technical documentation, POA&M updates, and Agile work items.
- Conduct training, demonstrations, and knowledge-transfer sessions.
- Work directly with Navy stakeholders and government technical personnel.
- Five years of progressive information technology experience.
- Three years of hands-on Service Now development experience.
- Service Now Certified System Administrator certification at contract start.
- Service Now Certified Application Developer certification at contract start.
- Service Now CIS certification for a core workflow at contract start or within 90 days.
- DoD IAT Level II certification.
- Qualification under DoD Cyber Workforce Framework work role 621 or 451.
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, Bootstrap, REST/SOAP APIs, Flow Designer, MID Server, LDAP, SAML, and SSO.
- Experience with Service Now ITSM, App Engine, integrations, testing, and Agile delivery.
- Ability to obtain and maintain CAC, DBIDS, SAAR-N, and required Navy system access.
- Ability to work full-time onsite at Naval Base San Diego.
