The ideal candidate has 3–5 years as a BA or Administrator in the Service Now ecosystem, 2+ years in Agile/Scrum, and experience with ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, and Employee Center Pro. U.S. Citizenship and Public Trust eligibility is required.
