User Security & Access Analyst III

Superlanet is seeking a User Security & Access Analyst III to support our Southern California healthcare client's identity, access management, Epic security, and enterprise security environment. This experienced technical professional will independently manage complex access and provisioning activities while serving as a subject matter resource across assigned security domains.

This is a direct hire position, hybrid, with one day a week in office.

• Independently manage complex user access, provisioning, security, and account-related requests.
• Perform advanced Epic Security administration
  , including user access, roles, templates, security configurations, and troubleshooting.
• Support SailPoint, Okta, Microsoft Entra  (Azure AD), Active Directory
  , and related identity management integrations.
• Administer RBAC, user lifecycle, provisioning, and access governance processes.
• Evaluate access requests and identify excessive, duplicate, outdated, or conflicting access.
• Troubleshoot complex security and access issues across multiple applications and systems.
• Partner with application teams, HR, IT, compliance, and operational stakeholders to resolve access issues.
• Serve as a security SME on projects and system implementations.
• Support audits, access reviews, remediation, process improvement, standardization, and automation initiatives.
• Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing to other analysts.
• Participate in the 24/12 on-call rotation for the User Security and Access team.

• 7 years of related experience/education and training, OR a Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of related experience/training.
• Experience with IAM, Epic Security, enterprise security systems, and access-management tools
  .
• Knowledge of RBAC, least privilege, identity lifecycle management, provisioning, access governance, and security controls
  .
• Experience administering complex security configurations across applications, systems, and networks.
• Experience supporting security audits, incident response, access remediation, and compliance activities.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

• 4–6 years of progressive experience in IAM, Epic Security, enterprise application security, or a related field
  .
• Hands-on experience with Epic Security, SailPoint, Okta, Microsoft Entra , and/or Active Directory
  .
• Experience supporting onboarding, transfers, role changes, terminations, and other identity lifecycle processes.
• Healthcare or regulated-industry experience, including knowledge of HIPAA, least privilege, and separation of duties
  .
• Experience improving provisioning workflows through automation, standardization, and process optimization.
• Epic Security certification, Epic Security Coordinator experience, IAM/security certification, or comparable training preferred.

Salary based on experience and qualifications $100,000 - $130,000+
