Reporting Analyst – Tableau​/Clinical Reporting

We are seeking experienced Reporting Analysts to support reporting needs associated with a large-scale healthcare platform migration. This contract position is available remotely for a duration of 6+ months. You will develop, validate, and support internal operational, regulatory, audit, and clinical reporting, working with data sourced directly from Snowflake. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, Business/Data Analysts, Data Engineers, QA Analysts, and other members of the migration program to ensure critical reports continue to provide accurate and actionable information as data transitions into the future-state environment.

This role focuses primarily on clinical reporting using Tableau.

• Develop and support clinical reports and dashboards using Tableau.
• Work directly with data residing within Snowflake.
• Partner with clinical and business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and expected outcomes.
• Translate business and clinical requirements into effective reporting solutions and visualizations.
• Analyze and validate data used within clinical reporting.
• Partner with Business/Data Analysts and Data Engineers to understand data sources, business rules, transformation logic, and lineage.
• Validate existing and newly developed reports as data transitions into the future-state platform.
• Identify data or reporting discrepancies and collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues.
• Support reporting related to healthcare clinical operations and potentially appeals and grievances.
• Participate in UAT, reconciliation, and validation activities for migrated reports.
• Ensure reports accurately represent the underlying healthcare data and business requirements.

• Required
  • Strong hands-on Tableau experience, including report and dashboard development.
  • Experience working within a Snowflake environment.
  • Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
  • Experience developing reporting solutions against complex enterprise data sets.
  • Ability to translate healthcare/business requirements into meaningful reporting solutions.
  • Strong data validation and reconciliation capabilities.
  • Ability to collaborate with both business/clinical stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Experience supporting complex reporting, data migration, or transformation initiatives.
• Preferred
