Business Consultant ServiceNow CRM​/SOM

For our client, a leading strategic Service Now partner with a strong focus on CSM and AI
, we are looking for an experienced Business Process Consultant Service Now CSM with a focus on Sales & Order Management to join their growing international team.

Our client works with organisations on complex customer transformation initiatives, supporting them in the design and implementation of modern Service Now CRM solutions. The role offers the opportunity to work closely with customers and business stakeholders, shape CRM and order management processes, and contribute to innovative AI-driven solutions.

• Analysing and optimising sales and order management processes together with customers
• Gathering, structuring and translating business requirements into effective Service Now CSM and Sales & Order Management (SOM) solutions
• Leading workshops with business stakeholders and supporting customers throughout the consulting process
• Advising customers on the digitalisation and optimisation of their sales and order processes
• Working closely with architects, developers and technical teams throughout the implementation lifecycle through to go-live
• Supporting the design and implementation of scalable CRM solutions
• Identifying and integrating relevant AI use cases into existing CRM and business processes
• Acting as a trusted advisor and helping customers translate business needs into practical Service Now solutions

• Several years of experience as a Business Process Consultant within the Service Now environment
• Strong knowledge of Service Now CSM
  , ideally with a focus on Sales and Order Management
• Solid understanding of sales, customer and order management processes
• Experience working with business stakeholders and leading workshops
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into effective Service Now solutions
• Strong consulting, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Structured, analytical and customer-oriented approach

• Fluent German and English are mandatory
