Job Title: Business Litigation Associate Attorney

Schedule: Monday-Friday (On site - potential hybrid after training)

Job Type: Full-time (Direct Hire)

Anticipated base salary: $130,000 - $160,000

INT Process: Teams Interview, Writing Samples, and Final Interview

• Develop relationships with clients by establishing legal objectives, explaining legal options, providing legal advice, and representing clients in court and mediation
• Draft pleadings and discovery for all aspects of a case, including law and motion, discovery motions, propounding discovery, depositions, mediations, and trial
• Take depositions of parties, percipient witnesses, and experts
• Consult with, and prepare, experts
• Research and articulate findings based on complex legal areas to support case strategy and raise new theories for consideration in cases
• Manage intensive fact discovery, including using electronic discovery platforms and navigating ESI issues
• Provide comprehensive and clear reporting to partners and client representatives
• Persuasive communication and negotiation with opposing counsel

• Must be admitted to and in good standing with the California bar
• 3+ years of business/civil litigation experience required
• Strong analytical, research, oral, and written communication skills
• Highly motivated professional capable of taking initiative and working independently as well as within a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage and prioritize caseload
