We are a well-established law firm in Del Mar, CA, specializing in estate planning and post-death trust and estate administration. Our team is committed to providing exceptional client service and expert legal guidance in all aspects of trusts and estates.
We are seeking an experienced Trusts & Estates Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate planning and trust administration, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage complex cases with precision and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and e-file legal documents related to probate, trust administration, and estate planning.
- Draft and record real property documents.
- Assist attorneys with trust and estate administration, including asset marshaling, accountings, and distributions.
- Communicate with clients, financial institutions, and court personnel.
- Maintain accurate case files and timelines.
- 5+ years of paralegal experience in trusts and estates.
- ABA-approved paralegal certificate or attestation required.
- Proficiency in e-filing and handling real property documentation.
- Strong knowledge of probate, estate planning, and trust administration processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
