This is a full‑time Litigation Paralegal position in the San Diego Metropolitan Area with a hybrid work environment, allowing for both in‑office and work‑from‑home flexibility. The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal and administrative support to attorneys. Key responsibilities include assisting with legal research, drafting legal documents, organizing case files, coordinating discovery processes, maintaining schedules, and trial preparation.
The role also involves client communication and assisting in the management of legal proceedings.
- Proficiency in legal research, drafting legal documents, and organizing case files
- Experience with discovery processes, trial preparation, and litigation support
- Strong skills in time management, attention to detail, and organizational abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines effectively, and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in using legal research software and tools
- Familiarity with personal injury or sexual abuse litigation is a plus
