The firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Legal Administrative Assistant to join its growing team. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of corporate transactional experience to be considered. This role is an excellent opportunity for a detail - oriented, proactive professional with strong corporate and transactional skills who thrives in a collaborative, fast - paced environment.

Corporate Legal Admin Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, revise, proofread, and format complex corporate and transactional documents and correspondence.
- Support entity formations, governance, compliance, and ongoing maintenance while assisting with various corporate and tax-related projects.
- Prepare, review, and organize contracts, agreements, due diligence materials, and transaction documents, including managing data rooms.
- Coordinate signatures, closings, post - closing deliverables, and handle communication with clients, internal teams, and external vendors.
- Manage attorney administrative needs such as calendars, deadlines, time entry, expense reimbursements-with an 800 billable - hour requirement.
