A respected Southern California defense firm-represented by Mission Recruiting-is growing its San Diego litigation team. Known for handling complex civil matters with precision and punch, the firm is expanding to meet client demand. Think traumatic brain injury, construction defect, and property damage-cases that need real strategy, not copy-paste lawyering.

You'll join a bench of seasoned trial attorneys who support, mentor, and actually go to court. If you've ever juggled depo preps while ordering tacos in North Park, this team probably speaks your language.

What You'll Handle:

• Lead case strategy from intake through resolution
• Take and defend depositions (yes, real depositions, not just sitting second chair)
• Argue motions, negotiate settlements, and show up for trial when needed
• Deliver crisp, smart reporting to clients
• Maintain an 1800-hour target-and still catch that last surf session

What You Bring:

• Licensed in California
• A few solid years of litigation under your belt
• Excellent communication and courtroom presence
• The ability to manage cases like a pro-not just bill hours

Comp + Perks:

• $120,000 to $170,000 base, depending on experience
