Qualifications:

• Must be admitted to practice law in California.
• Must have at least 5+ years of experience in real estate litigation,
• Real estate areas they work on:
• Residential Real Estate
• Commercial Real Estate
• Escrow
• Real Estate Litigation
• Real Estate Dispute
• Landlord/Tenant
• Seller Non-Disclosure
• Lease Negotiation
• Ability to multi-task and operate against inflexible deadlines in a team environment and independently.
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
