We are seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented Legal Assistant to join our Client’s Firm in San Diego. We are looking for a team player with strong organizational skills and a commitment to providing exceptional client service.
Required Qualifications- Minimum 5 years of experience as a transactional legal assistant.
- Strong administrative skills with expertise in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience supporting real estate development, acquisitions, and transactional matters.
- Exceptional word processing and proofreading skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Tech‑savvy and able to navigate AIA, AIR, and CAR systems.
