A nationally recognized plaintiff-side litigation firm dedicated to representing survivors of sexual abuse and assault is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join its team. This is an opportunity to do meaningful, mission-driven work advocating for survivors in a supportive, family-first environment.
Responsibilities- Support attorneys in all phases of civil litigation
- Draft and file pleadings and court documents
- Manage discovery and case files
- 3+ years of litigation experience preferred (flexible)
- Tech‑savvy; comfortable with case management software and legal technology
- Plaintiff‑side experience is a plus but not required
- Flexible hours
- Family‑first, supportive office culture
- $150 monthly wellness stipend
- 401(k) with 3% employer contribution
The annual salary for this position is between [$80,000 – $125,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
