Paralegal (Labor & Employment Preferred)

A respected law firm in San Diego is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Paralegal with 2+ years of experience to join its growing team. This is a hybrid opportunity offering a collaborative environment, meaningful case involvement, and competitive compensation.

• Minimum 2+ years of paralegal experience
• Paralegal Certificate required
• Prior experience in Labor & Employment law strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of California civil procedure and court rules
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Assist attorneys with case management from inception through resolution
• Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery, and correspondence
• Manage discovery process, including document production and review
• Coordinate depositions, hearings, and court filings
• Maintain case files and track deadlines
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel

• Competitive pay: $38–$48/hour (depending on experience)
