Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Permanent Litigation Paralegal to join our esteemed legal team.

Responsibilities
  • Assist attorneys with all aspects of litigation including case inception, discovery, trial, post-trial, and appeal.
  • Conduct comprehensive legal research and factual investigation.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests and responses, and other legal documents.
  • Coordinate and manage document production and discovery process.
  • Organize and maintain case files, including electronic databases.
  • Prepare for and assist attorneys during trials, including preparing exhibits, witness preparation, and trial logistics.
  • Interact with clients, experts, court personnel, and opposing counsel in a professional manner.
  • Manage and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies or related field preferred.
  • Paralegal certification from an ABA-approved program.
  • Proficient in all phases of litigation, including case inception, discovery, trial, post-trial, and appeal.
  • Extensive experience in drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests and responses.
  • Strong legal research and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in the use of legal research platforms and e-discovery tools.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software.
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently when required.
