Pettit Kohn Ingrassia Lutz & Dolin PC is an AV-rated, full-service trial and litigation firm seeking Full-Time Law Post-Bar Law Clerks for Fall 2026 to handle research projects, writing assignments, data analysis, deposition summaries, medical chronologies, attend depositions, mediations, or motion hearings and/or trials in a variety of practice areas.

This role is offered onsite in either our San Diego or Los Angeles offices.

• Assist attorneys in all stages of litigation, including drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and preparing for trial.
• Assist attorneys in preparing for hearings, trials, and other court proceedings.
• Attend depositions, mediations, hearings and/or trials.
• Organize and analyze documents and evidence.

• Successful completion of accredited law school with Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree OR Current 3L year
• Strong knowledge of legal concepts and procedures
• Excellent research, writing, detail‑orientation, and organizational skills are required.
• 3.0 Minimum GPA

• Post‑Bar Clerk: $45.67/Hour
• Potential growth into Associate role, after passing Bar Exam;
  Associate salary starting at $105,000
